Terry Kenneth Mincey

Terry Kenneth Mincey, 63, of 1546 Hartwell Highway, Elberton, GA passed away Friday November 25, 2011. Born in Elbert County April 23, 1948 to the late Carl J. Mincey and Dorothy Terrell Mincey. He was of the Baptist Faith, was a carpenter where he owned and operated Mincey Construction, and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Left to cherish his memories are a sister Judy Mincey of Elberton, GA, brothers James R. Mincey of Martin, GA, and Steve Mincey of Dewy Rose, GA, nieces and nephews Cal J. Mincey, Branigan R. Mincey, Krystal S. Mincey, Russell Sanders, Valerie Cordell, great nieces Anna Sanders, and Libby Sanders, and a great nephew Olin Cordell. Funeral services celebrating his life will be held Sunday November 27, at 3PM at the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-3PM Sunday just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
