Thomas Randolph Willoughby

Thomas (Tommy) Randolph Willoughby, 62, of Carlton, GA, passed away on October 30, 2024. Born on December 6, 1961, Tommy spent his formative years attending Elbert Co High School, and later pursued a career as a sandblaster in Elbert County.

Known for his humor, love, and selflessness, Tommy was a devoted fan of the University of Georgia, passionately following their football team. His interests extended to watching baseball and NASCAR, embodying his love for sports.

Tommy is survived by his loving family: his son Josh and daughter-in-law Brandi; his daughter Liz and son-in-law Brian; his sisters Vicky and Gail; and his eight grandchildren, who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Linda and Albert, and his beloved wife, Elizabeth.

Memorial services for Tommy are currently being planned. His life was marked by his roles as a cherished father, son, brother, and friend, and he will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
