Mrs. Matilda "Tillie" Louise Hill White, 61, of Allen White Rd., Bowman, GA wife of Joe Raymond White passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017.

Mrs. White was born December 12, 1955 in Madison Co., GA to Howard Hill and Susie Bryant Hill. She was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Royston, GA. and was a former swab operator at Johnson & Johnson. Tillie loved Jesus, music, gardening and birds.

She is survived by her husband of her 28 years: Joe Raymond White; sons: Courtland Grizzle, Ethan White both of Bowman, GA; daughter and son-in-law: Autumn & Chad Craig of Mt. Pleasant, TN; grandchildren: Jessie (Katherine) Grizzle; Nikki (Jason) Neal; Kaitlyn (Jeremy) Justice; Joelie West; great-grandchildren: Lain Neal; Austyn Neal; Bellamy Justice; special niece: Amy Williams; mother-in-law: Sara White; sisters-in-law: Dianne Osornio; Virginia (Doak) Dingler; Nancy (Howard) Heaton and a special friend: Patricia Bentenbough.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother: Charles Hill and father-in-law: Allen White.

Funeral services to celebrate Tillie's life will be held 11AM, Wednesday, September 6 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Elrod officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Bowman, GA with Shane Johnson, Chad Craig, Jessie Grizzle, Mike Williams, David Bentenbough and Wade Bryant serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Miriam Carnes, Patricia Bentenbough, Audrey Johnson and Teresa Massey.

The family will receive friends from 5-7PM Tuesday evening at Berry Funeral Home.
