Mrs. Tommie A. Hall, 95, of Elberton, entered into rest Friday, June 22, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Roy and Carrie Dixon Allgood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Mathew Hall, Jr. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 24, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at The Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Hopkins and Bro. Paul Paramore officiating. A time of visitation for family and friends will beSunday, June 24, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Hicks Funeral Home just prior to the service.Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Mrs. Hall is survived by her sons, Fred M. (Nancy) Hall, III and James R. (Mary) Hall; grandchildren: James (Teresa) Hall, Melanie (Glenn) Lunsford, Candice (Kevin) Brown, and Kelly Patten; step-grandchildren: Paige (Lawson) Yeargin and Tracie (Stewart) York; 15 great-grandchildren,and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by two sisters, Nancy Burton of Hephzibah, Georgia, and Lucy Richards of Thomson, Georgia; and a sister-in- law, Catherine Allgood of Elberton. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by a brother, James E. Allgood; and three sisters: Bell Lovingood, Louise Martin, and Inez Haynie. Mrs. Hall was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She retired from Elberton Mills and was owner operator of Hall’s Antiques. The family will be at the residence 354 North Oliver Street, Elberton.
