Vicky Lynn Blackwell Ray, 59, of 231 Azel Ray Road, Royston, GA, wife of David Ray passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Born October 22, 1953 in Royston, GA to the late Johnny Eugene Blackwell and Sue Vaughn Blackwell. She was a homemaker. Left to cherish her memories are her husband David Ray of Royston, GA; son Johnnie Lee Ray of Danielsville, GA; daughter Melissa Parker of Royston, GA; brother Michael "Mike" Eugene Blackwell of Lavonia, GA; sister Sharon Kingery of Enoree, SC and four grandchildren. Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 2PM at Corinth Congregational Holiness Church with Revered Willard Crider officiating.
