Walter Lee Moore

Mr. Walter Lee Moore, 74, of Julian Westmoreland Drive, Martin, GA husband of Jackie Canady Moore passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Moore was born February 1, 1940 in Stephens County, GA to the late Rufus Moore and Ginnia Payne Moore. He was member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Toccoa, was a retired owner/operator where he had a wrecker and towing service and construction and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Jackie Canady Moore, sons Keith Moore, Jeff Moore, Alan Moore; daughter Samantha Wood all of Toccoa, GA; step-son Randall Carpenter of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren Joey Damroze, Travis Damroze, Dylan Damroze, Kameron Damroze, Chase Moore, Dalton Moore and Shelby Moore. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held 7PM, Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 2nd Time Around Auction in Martin, GA with Rev. Bobby Owens officiating.
