William Sterling Gossett

Mr. William Sterling Gossett, 69, of Elberton, GA,passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Heardmont Nursing Home. Mr. Gossett was the son of the late Louis Nathaniel and Melba Burge Gossett. Mr. Gossett is survived by two sisters: Penny (Dennis) Fowler of Elberton, and Bettye Willis of Richmond, Va.;one brother: Larry (Maxine) Gossett of Decatur, Georgia;and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Gossett will be held at The Chapel of Hicks Funeral Home on Monday, December 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. just prior to the service.Interment will be at New Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Elberton, Georgia.
