William Kenneth Allen, 58, of 351 Willow Street, Elberton, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at his home. Born in Elbert County August 12, 1954 to Willie Moses Allen and Roxie Mae Cade Allen. He was a retired landscaper. Left to cherish his memories are a brother Horace Allen of Elberton, Georgia and a sister Evelyn Allen of Elberton, Georgia.
