Willie Lee Smith

Willie Lee Smith, 67, of 1140 Buddy Moore Road, Colbert, Georgia passed away Wednesday June 19, 2013 at his home. Born January 19, 1946 in Reidsville, Georgia to the late Sylvester Smith, Sr. and Ophelia Stanfield Smith. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a retired Journeyman Lineman Supervisor. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Brenda Sue Strickland Smith, children William Clifford Smith; Allen Wayne Smith of Colbert, Georgia; Lisa Dawn and Tracy Weaver of Blakely, Georgia; Lloyd Henry Smith; Mindy Gay of Florida; Kristie Smith of Mississippi; Courtney Michelle Smith and Katie Smith both of Danielsville, Georgia; siblings Elizabeth Smith Brown; Cleveland Buddy and Betty Smith; Clifford and Melba Smith; Sylvester and Susan Smith, Jr. all of Reidsville, Georgia; Sylvia Ann Geisen of Savannah, Georgia; Lester Ronnie Smith of Keysville, Georgia; and Alice Smith Ferrel of Blackshear, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Betty Ruth Durrance. Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
