Wilma Dugger Lindsey

Mrs. Wilma Kaoma Dugger Lindsey, 83, of Wills Memorial Dr. Washington, GA passed away Friday, July 7, 2023.

Mrs. Lindsey was born November 12, 1939 in Dayton, TN to Millard Dugger and Mamie Dugger. She was a bookkeeper and retired office secretary for the Wilkes County Tax Commisoners Office.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years Hubert Lindsey, Jr. of the home; son: Clark C. Carr of Pensacola, FL; daughter and son-in-law: Lisa and Joe Wilkinson of Rayle, GA; grandchildren: Brantley (Felicia) Stevens of Parkfield, VA, Ryan (Bree) Stevens of Washington, GA; one great-grandson and four great-granddaughters.

Mrs. Lindsey wishes was to be cremated and no services are planned at this time. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Washington.
